OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION
Local 158 covers three distinct districts. As per NYS Department of Labor wage posting, Herkimer County is split between District 545 and 106 for heavy and highway work.
Local 158 has contracts for Building Construction and Heavy and Highway, with separate rates for each of our 3 districts. Below are links to the rates and classifications. A separate sheet can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate link.

WORKING DUES DEDUCTION
Effective July 1, 2012, the rate of the working dues deduction (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION ONLY) for Local 158 (Districts 106, 545 and 832) is 3.15% of the TOTAL PACKAGE (gross wages plus benefits). This rate applies to anyone working under one of our outside construction agreements in any of the 3 districts of Local 158.
Dues deduction for members working in shops, quarries, and municipalities is 2% of gross wages. Contact the district offices for information on rates and benefits.
